New Grilles! :)

They got installed yesterday... No more chrome! Now next step would have to be the bumpers... but I think I need a bed liner instead! Quality of the picture isn't that great... taken with my blackberry... one of these days I'll have to have a "photo shoot" day!

Thanks for the offer! I'll have to talk to my husband and see what he thinks... I plan on getting Line-X however washing it out sucks a$$! I want something so that I won't see the freaking water spots! Also, next purchase will be a new bumper for his car so we'll see I'll let you know.

Alrightty .. yea thats the benefit to this one over the Line-X is that fact that you can just spray it out nice and easy.

I bought a limited bumper for my truck too, just waiting to get it painted

Just curious... why did you decide to get a limited bumper? Can't you just have the current bumper painted?

ive just heard things about the chrome and i didnt want it to deteriorate after painting over etc.

i've heard you can do it but its alot of work and has potential to come off.

so i came across a good deal on a limited bumper so i bought it.

Does the limited come with that plastic piece painted too? I don't want any chrome on my truck...eventually! But that plastic on the front I'd like to have painted or get one that is painted as well... I took the license plate off to reveal the freaking holes where they screwed it into the bumper... so now I'd like to have that replaced as well... I know it's the law and all... but rules are made to be broken! LOL

no, that piece is not painted on the limited bumpers.

I am going to have that, and the fog light brackets painted as well.

I got lucky, the limited bumper i bought didnt have any holes yet

I was just back at the dealer to have my sales guy look at it... the 3 inserts were totally off! I thought I was imagining things but my bro-in-law agreed with me... so (since I drove my husbands car today) went home, got truck and took it there... everyone there agreed with me... so it's there getting redone... I mentioned to the sales guy (MATT HERNANDEZ AT TOYOTA OF ESCONDIDO - BEST SALES GUY EVER!! <--plug ) the idea of getting a limited bumper... he said "Well just remember if you get that you just paid for that billet grille for those inserts and with the limited there are none!" DOH! Not sure what I'm going to do now! I don't want to pay for it then get rid of it!
