I am a manager at a collision shop in texas, the frame is a highter labor rate, but is usually somewhat easy to correctly repair, so rest easy on that fact. Also most shops around the country have a livetime guarantee on there body and framework. The only thing carfax pulls from is the police reports, its illegal for the insurance company to release any information reguarding your claim. I dont know if that bit of knowledge will help, but good luck on your repair and remember to look it over well, look at edges and corners for runs and light spots in the paint!
