I haven't been able to do any full donuts in my 07 5.7liter but I certainly have been able to do, from a stop, burnouts. I used the manual shifter and power braked it, letting off in second and then smoking them up through 4th. Very fun until the folks in the houses near by came out and yelled. Ahh well... if they had a new Tundra they would understand...

These are tracks I left w/o brake torquing...

VSC off and from a dead stop.... Floor it! Guess it's the color of my truck that gives it all the power and speed!

Powerbraking means to hold down on the brake just enough to keep from moving forward, while at the same time you mash on the gas. The back tires will start to spin then you can either let off the brake and launch or hold on to it and just sit there and smoke your tires as long as you want.

I don't think he blew the line. He held the steering wheel at max turn for too long. Overheated the power steering pump, boiled and foamed the fluid.

This goes for any car with power steering, if you hit the steering lock when turning, back it off a bit so you don't overheat the pump.

Yep... It's the color. Same as my truck.
