I have been really happy with my Banks single exhaust! Not to loud but it will let you know it's there.

Well, I guess I'll bring up the Borla ass end here. I think it's sexy. Whereas a generic muffler will give you a generic sound, the tuned muffler of a catback is sexy. I haven't heard any other catbacks on the Tundra (cept Banks and I was not impressed with the higher pitch nor the ricer tips), but I can tell you I'm sure that it sounds better under throttle than other generic mufflers.

I love my Borla and with 29K miles on it by now, it's absolutely perfect for me. The only issue with mine is that occasionally going down gravel roads for miles the exhaust will fall off the rear hangers. All you need to do is slide it back on though. Not an issue for me as I rarely go down gravel roads for that long.

Youtube search "borla Tundra" and mine's the black Tundra doing the driveby.

I concur 100%
here is my Magnaflow 12468 muffler installed along with my Magnaflow 35190 double stainless steel tips
Also I disagree with rockstate45 about the Generic and Tuned sound what does that mean? I've wasted too much money on catbacks systems and have found the Magnaflow weld in swap is THE SAME THING! IMHO

I have a Magnaflow stainless single and it sounds great....fits on the stock hangers with no modification.

I just got the same setup. did you notice loss in low end power? also did you take a hit on MPG?

I don't have an x pipe do i really need it?
