Could my truck just be a dog?

Hi all! I have a 2007 double cab short bed 4x2 with the 5.7. I have a airaid cold air intake and magnaflow cat back. truck sounds great but timing my 0-100mph runs are about almost 1 sec 0-60 and 1.5 sec 0-100 slower then all the videos i seen on you tube. I live here in Arizona and it is 100degress out at the time i was testing. I'm hoping that the heat is the only problem. I know that it should run better then it did when it is cooler out but I dont know. About 7sec 0-60 and about 17 sec 0-100.

To bad the track is going to be closed down pretty soon, NHRA is making them refinish the track (the infamous bump)

I might get out to the track tomorrow night. Any body on here in Arizona, let me know maybe we can have a meet at speedworld or firebird. If not I will let you guys know how I do. should I run the truck with traction on or off, also tow haul on or off. Well I guess I will play with it and see what works best for me.
