THE HARRIER EMBLEM WAS SMALLER THAN THE ORIGINAL TOYOTA EMBLEM, WHICH IS WHY I CUT OUT THE INSIDE AND FIT THE HARRIER INTO IT. THEN I TOOK THE WHOLE EMBLEM AND FITTED PERFECTLY INTO THE GRILL.

TAKING THE ORIGINAL BLACK GRILL OFF THE CHROME FRAME INVOLVED REMOVING ALL THE SCREWS AND THEN CAREFULLY UNSNAPPING THE TABS ALL AROUND HOLDING THE BLACK PLACTIC TO THE CHROME FRAME. CUTTING OUT THE GRILL AND LEAVING JUST THE BLACK FRAME FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING A STAINLESS STEEL MESH GRILL. THE MESH GRILL WOULD BE INSTALLED FROM THE INSIDE INSTEAD OF BEING FLUSH WITH THE OUSTIDE.
SIMILAR TO THE NEWER MUSTANG GRILLS.

I AM POOR AT EXPLAINING EXACTLY HOW I DID THIS, SO BEAR WITH ME. HOPEFULLY THE PICS ARE BETTER THAN HOW I DESCRIBED ALL THIS.

That looks pretty neat ! I like it !

I got mine done last week (dropped off Tues. picked up Wed afternoon) and the wait was killing me as well. When I received the call that it was ready, my heart started pounding and still was even when I saw my truck. It wasn't until 5 minutes into driving my truck home that I finally calmed down. I was initially a nervous wreck thinking about even driving it. (My first lifted vehicle.) It's a mixed emotion of excitement and nervousness.

Anyway, I still have yet to post pics.... but I can't wait to see yours.

That looks sweet!

Unfortunately my truck won't be done until tomorrow morning
They will be finished with the install tonight but it wont be aligned until tomorrow. I stopped by the shop to take a look at it, and man, it looks like there's 4 feet of space between the fenderwell and the center of the hub!

And of course, I freakin forgot to take pics
