Not bad...It IS loud in the cab and the drone pops in during real slow RPM climb. Say....17-1900 RPM. If your cruising on cruise control and if your around 70 (set) that seems to put you in the drone zone (lol...I made a rhyme).

I usually run around 75 mph and she settles down awesome for the long ride. Plus I can get there with some speed and still average 18 or so on gas. Im still below 4 thousand miles with no bed cover so I am sure I can improve that still. Once I hit town though...I drop down to 15-16 mpg

I have the Borla exhaust, and I have the same issue. Mine has drone around 65, but cuts out of the "Drone Zone" when I hit 70. My MPG isn't as sweet as yours. Mine has been avg 13.5 this past fill up, but that is mostly City. I have had a few HWY runs. I get around 18 strictly HWY driving. I am eager to see my MPG improvements with the exhaust on for HWY. I have seen about a 1 mpg increase in the City. The true test will be this week when I take road trip. Again I really like your exhaust. It has a realy nice rumble.

What's up guys? Just got my Crewmax about a month ago. I'm looking to see if anyone has posted vid or installed a Banks Monster dual. I got a good deal by a buddy down @ Banks and I coudn't pass it up but I haven't been able to hear the dual yet on a Tundra. Let me know if you got 'em!

Haven't seen or heard any Borla posts yet... Eager to hear that myself... I had a flowmaster on my dodge, it sounded good but had a drone around 60 and 70 MPH, a bit annoying for long trips.

Excellent videos!! I love the sound of the 50's the best. It sounds to me like there is just a hint of exhaust drone around 70 mph. is this correct? It's not bad but that's where it seems loudest in the videos. Any other concerns that you have noticed over time?

Thanks for the help!

Do you have any other videos? In the cab, drive by? Does the exhaust have a drone at any speed? Thanks for your help!

I would agree. Its got the worst of the tones thats more noticeable at 70 than anywhere else. Though with the radio on you dont really notice it at all. It has the least amount of drone Ive ever had from a relatively loud on the outside exhaust. Id highly suggest it.

Better than sounding like a muffled basset hound like a Magnaflow or any other straight through design muffler. Give me a chambered muffler sound anyday like Flowmaster or Stainless Works.

I had dynomax race bullets on my silverado and they sounded like shotguns when it shifted, IMO the straight through are more prone to rasp because they use roving fiberglass as a sound deadener, over time they become the worst sounding mufflers.
