Im not a big fan of turn downs but I bet they def. helped get that really loud exhaust sound you wanted. I just prefer a clean sounding exhaust rather than just loud so I went with the Flowmaster catback system ( 2007-2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7L ONLY [17443] : Flowmaster Inc. Exhaust Shop, Love That Sound! ) with the delta 40 series with the tails coming out behind each rear tire and I couldnt be happier. It has a nice deep tone and sounds really good. It is all mandrel bent piping which is the most important part as far as gaining hp with a catback system and it also has an H pipe which helps creat an even exhaust flow. There is absolutely no drone at cruising speeds at any mph. Plus it looks great with the chrome tips and I got it for less than $300. I will be adding the Doug Thorley LTs so it is going to get louder. I just hope its not abnoxious. I will try to get some videos up later tonight. How do I host them or what is the easiest way?

Is your exhaust a single out? So far I like it and the Banks Monster on the very first sound clip. What is the muffler model #? I am thinking of just a turn down so I figure just getting the muffler and a piece of pipe. I will run it over the rear axle though, try and keep it out of the cab alittle.
