Super Charger * Stock Transmission ?
I Was wondering how the Stock Tundra Transmission will hold -up and perform with the 504-HP Supercharged set-up.
Has anyone herd of any info With TRD Techs or others in this arena that may have any info.

I ran an aftermarket Kenne Bell supercharger on my Dodge Ram for 6 years. It was my daily driver and I never had one problem with the trans. Drank gas like a dehydrated pig but no problem with the motor or trans.

superchargers are nicer to trannys than turbos IMHO. superchargers come on gradually -- the turbo on my bug is like a kick in the nuts....... broke the axle and grenaded the R&P first time on the track with slicks......... can run mid 13s with stock 4" bug tires :-)

Didn't the 504 crank horsepower come @ 4 PSI? We all know - if you are familiar with Lightnings or SC Cobras - more can be had by tinkering the supercharger (bored, different pullies, etc).
My guess is at the manufacturer recommended boost level, it'll be fine. But squeezing more PSI out of it will probably yield to tranny problems. On a personal level, I'd at least put in an aftermarket torque converter if I was going with forced induction. To my knowledge, there aren't any out yet for this new 6 speed.
