I have to whole heartedly disagree with this statement. On my prior vehicle we gained 60, yes 60 RWHP, dyno-tested and tuned, through changing out exhaust and only exhaust components. This was a 2004 GTO. It was pretty corked up after we did the supercharger on the intake side. Granted I'm not just talking a cat-back here, but if you know what you're doing (or you have the director of engineering development for Magnaflow working with you) you can DEFINITELY gain through exhaust changes.

I completely agree I think there is a lot of hp to be made through a complete exhaust system. It does need to be tuned and dyno tested to see what makes the most power on our trucks.
