I don't know if this is true or not but a buddy of mine told that if pipe exit straight to the back instead of to the sides the vehicle will not pass a smog test. I was kinda skeptical about what he said but I thought I'd ask. Also why is it that the driver side pipe shakes quite a bit when you step on the gas as oppose to the passenger side pipe which seems sturdier.

p.s. forgot to mention that it looks & sounds good....really good.

The reason it shaked on the video was, i revved it to much and bounced it off the rev limiter, lol

And as far as I know for California smog (strictest in the universe) you cannot fail a smog test with modifications after the catalytic converter.

I have no idea where your bud got that info, it's funny though

Only thing I dont know if i like is the rear exit...now, I think it looks pretty good, but if you gotta hook up a trailer or something while the truck is running...exhaust will be all in your face...

Like aaaaaahha hey Beavis, like aaaaahhha turn the car off or something? I like it! Just wondering where the tips will end up with my lift. Maybe have to invert or offset the mid pipe.

the system looks great. I sometimes carry a rack that mounts in the receiver. That is an issue for rear exit exhaust. Any plans for a side exit?

DAMNIT Butthead, it's not always convenient especially with a large/heavy trailer!

Hey guys,

Just here to answer a few questions...

First off...To the guy with the beautifully lifted Tundra...I'm drooling over your truck as I type this! Now, to answer your question haha. This will not interfere with your lift kit at all. Obviously I do not know exactly what you've done with the rear shocks, but as long as they mount to the factory location you will be perfectly fine. In fact, if you purchase the exhaust through RMJ I will offer to install it for you myself when you're ready. That way I can make any necessary adjustments on the spot.

BigZ88...I understand your point about hooking up a trailer with the exhaust. I have always had dual exhausts on my trucks and I have never had a problem with my trailers. I have 1 open trailer and 1 closed trailer...Both of them work perfectly fine with the exhaust and I have never been overwhelmed with fumes when hooking up the tow hitch. Obviously this depends on how much time you take when hooking up the trailer but I've never had any problems.

Thanks for the interest guys!

Yeah....any news for a side exit? Usually better for off road driving! Sounds great! Nice video clip!
