Does anyone know about e3 spark plugs?

I've been looking at the e3 spark plugs... does anyone know if the gas milage and horse power increases are true? I emailed the company and they told me for the 5.7L V8 it would be the e3 68. Does anyone have an idea about the difficulty of changing out the spark plugs in the truck? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

At first they said that it would be the e3 56, but then they e-mailed me back saying that its the e3 68. So I have fixed the question. still any help would be greatly appreciated.
