2 chamber Flowmaster's and TRD intake

Hello everyone,

I just had the TRD Cold-Air Intake installed on my 4WD 5.7 '08 Tundra. Two weeks ago, I had two 2 Chamber Flowmaster mufflers installed with two straight out the back aluminum pipes. God that sounds soooo good! With the TRD intake, I have noticed the truck takes off a little quicker, but I will have to wait to check the gas savings. I whole heartly recommend the flowmaster's as it sounds like you dream the truck should. I will post later on the intake...

Welcome and congrats on your truck and mods you done. I have an AFE and Borla XRS complete duals. Sounds very good with all 5 windows down and sunroof opened utilizing either XM satellite or Samsung MP3.

You're telling me! I also had the XM installed, but here on FT Bragg, I am having problems sometime's getting a signal, but it's par for the course. This truck sounds sooo good! I just laugh when I see smaller 4 cyl pass by with the lawn mower pipes....

Retired Navy here and you have to remember XM needs the southern sky. This is why people in New York get mad because buildings like trees block the signal. Here in Florida it's pretty good. I just wish Toyota would factory install these items like GM. My 06 Silverado was great with XM and Onstar/Verizon. I rarley lost a signal.
