Has anyone out there heard of or tried Sulastic products on a Tundra.

Just by the look of the design, it seems like they are designed to flex more to ansorb the shock, so i assume it might also sag a bit more under a full load.

If you are interested in stability and helping to eliminate the vibrations, check out Supersprings, few people on the forum have used them and they rock.

Don't know anything about them personally. My friend put them on his work truck and took them off a short time later because he said it made the ride feel mushy and they caused more sag because they give in addition to the normal spring loading.

I just saw the videos and I don't know how they'd be able to reduce sway or increase handling because they don't appear to pre-load the stock springs or even keep them from twisting. (And lets face it, if anyone believes the information from the Saturday morning cartoon character video they have on their web site demonstrating their product, they deserve what they get. I'm sorry, but that was just sad in addition to being ridiculous.)

In fact, since they act as a rubber isolator with the leaf shackle bolt floating in the middle, they look like they might actually introduce additional lateral movement and the ability of the suspension to twist, which make for a nice soft ride; which is why they advertise a glass company that used them benefited, but I don't see how that translates into increased handling.

As mentioned, I don't really know anything about them other than what my buddy said and what I've just seen. So I'm not going to make a judgement call on the product.

If you're looking for a nice cushy soft ride; or you're going to haul sheets of glass, go ahead and try them. My personal preference is for vehicles with race tuned suspension that can handle loads and high speed turns; not typically your softest ride, if you know what I mean. That's why I opted for the Super Springs on my truck.
