I know his truck has a 345hp and mine is 381hp, but I have to live around the corner from him and we go to the same parties. He's a real nice guy and waited a long time for his dodge. However, if he persits I will have to take him to the local drag strip. "Street Racing is Illegal". and blow his doors off, time will tell.

LOL. dodge hemi 5.7 with 338hp (dayton) 4 speed and a 360 rear (rear power 212hp) vs. a tundra 5.7 381hp (all models) 6 speed and a 410 rear.
I say Race him. scratch that smoke em! lol. o and get 6 mpg better then him. after you win the race slam on your brakes (your truck stops 31 feet shorter 0 to 60 to 0 then the compitions truck) and let him rear end you, cus you drive the only truck to ever make it into the insurance top safest vehical list. lol daytona winning against the tundra. an SRT10 is a different story alltogether. but a daytona give me a brake. they look all raced out and i do like them but compare the simple math and you'll see a race is pointless unless you want to convert him to a Toy fan. all you out there with dodges don't think I am bad mouthing you, I am not. I have an 06 cumming 2500 M/C on the ranch its a pulling son of a B. And I like the rear seats better then the crew max they fold down alot nicer. |

If hes stock, or even slightly modded you should take him easily. What are the specs on each truck?

I think its just a normal ram with a body kit. Kind of like the rumble bee.

Yeah, I know the Daytona and Rumble Bee are just appearance kits, I just meant in this specific case if this guys was modded.

from the factory they also come with a different muffler that gives the truck 10 more hp then the reg truck. unless he has done alot of upgrades you will take him. Hemi power is old power tundra power is the new hotness. can I get a "hell yea!"

I had a 05 Dodge Ram 4x4 Quad cab with the Hemi and 3:91 gears, CAI, and flowmaster 50 HD series cat-back system...great truck, but it would'nt keep up with my DC 4x4 Tundra...as we said in the Army.."Smoke em if you got em!
