Just installed a Volant CAI on my 07 5.7 2wd. First I installed the sensor backwards and when i cranked the truck, it just turned itself back off. After I realized what i did, I flipped the sensor and it cranked just fine. I ran it some, and it runs just fine, but my check engine light it on, and my VSC OFF light flashes at me all the time.
Whats the deal? Do I just need to give it time to let the computer get used to the new airflow or do I need to go to the dealer? Whats the deal with the VSC light???? |

I did the same thing when I installed mine. The directions aren't that clear. When I turned mine around it started right up and has run fine, without any warning lights. I don't see how they are related, but that is my opinion devoid of facts
