AEM Piggyback finally arrived and had an appointment today with SSA Racing Technologies (Secret Services)
Wired the piggyback while I waited there and it had no maps pre-loaded so it took like 20 dyno pulls to get it right, It's not running lean no more but it's not running at it's full potential. Based on the A/F graphs there's no way to control the fuel after a long WOT pull(according to my tuner at 4900+RPM), the Factory ECU kept taking over but it didn't lean it out it goes rich in to 10.1-10.3 .... But it's better than the previous 13.6!
I got a couple of videos of the Dyno pulls.
On a Mustang Dyno the final power was 461rwhp
470tq
Also got it weighted and it's full weight with no passengers was 5721lbs, let's see if it can move now.
the AEM is one cool system, I had it on my drag car before I upgraded to the Big Stuff 3. The AEM has a lot of very cool features for boost. It also has a 2 step for drag racing that is easy to use. I would log a run and look for any knock it should read .1-.5v through out the prm range. Where you see a little just add some fuel to that square area.

Wow. Looks like you tuner knows what's he is doing. Good to see that Chris's piggy back system works as advertised. Puts all the companies that tried to shame.
Great pic of the Tundra shooting flames!!

Video is almost done uploading, 2.6GB of Full HD. I'll update the 1st post with the link whenever it's done. I'm impressed with the numbers, if it was on a Dynojet that's and easy 515rwhp+/-
*Ended up uploading a compressed video(other one was taking for ever)*

Your progress in the last couple of months is simply amazing! From an N/A flex fuel Tundra to a fire breathing Supercharged Tundra in no time!
Now I can't wait for my truck to be dyno tuned with more boost. Which reminds me, why not install the other ASP pulleys now that you can adjust the A/F ratio? This beast is gonna haul some real ass
Couple of questions, you removed the unichip didn't you? if so, is gear shifting smooth like stock or does it act weird when shifting sometimes? Because I think the TRD flash reprograms everything from A/F ratio to gear shifting unlike the unichip or the AEM for that matter. In case you have that problem, just get a new or used ECU, change the vin #, flash the TRD tune on it and plug it in so that it won't shift as bad.

Thanks, It shifts better than the unichip since it doesn't bounce off the rev limiter but it still has a little lag. But much better tho. I'm also thinking of adding the waterpump and crank pulley
My tuner had crazy Ideas because he's had previous Tundra's with unichip and they'll just go back to normal after 2-3 runs. He was thinking a full standalone with twin 68mm's with the S/C and re-doing everything even on the tranny with a Pro 128 ECU, very tempting!

Easy now, you just got that AEM tuned for $800
Maybe just an ECU for the transmission like that 1st gen 5.7l turbo tundra. It should cost less than a whole new standalone for both the engine and trans...

Any more info on that tranny setup?

Make sure to get as much weight off your truck when you go hit the track. 5700 lbs is a lot.
You make me want to dyno my truck so bad, I wanna breathe fire too!!
Take it, I'm sure you'll break 500 easy
Prolly just the rear seats if I feel like taking the off
They did like 20 dyno pulls mine but only recorded like six.
I also got the 18" stocks and just bought M/T ET Street Radials 305/45/R18
I need some Caltracs ASAP! Truck hops insane from a dig

You should re dyno the truck now that the tune is done. 20 pulls had to create lots of heat soak which probably resulted in less HP. Either way great results.

Its a Mustang dyno they usually read 12% less than any other dyno... I think
