Check TRDsparks. You could always take it to a paint shop, or blast and paint it yourself.

I was quoted a cost of over 1200 to swap out the chrome bumper for the "sport" resin bumper as all of the mounts need to be replaced as well. Also, if you have fog lights they are different sizes for the two bumpers.

yes we have many tundra but no dealer for it
I dont know why the manufacture dont supply Tundra to that agent we have

You would have to strip the chrome off first before painting. I would recommend having a shop do it.
