dealsofsteel.com ? i placed an order with them about 2 weeks ago,but haven't recieved my order and i can't get a hold of them through either phone or email.so i just wanted to see if anyone else had used them or had a problem with them.

yeah,tell me about it.i was looking for a new set of nerf bars and they had them for $199.95 plus free shipping.guess i shouldn't have looked for just the best deal and spent a few extra bucks.

They are probably on back order and they don't want to break the bad news to ya. That has happened to me a few times. Did they charge your cc yet?

I ordered the black 4" oval nerf bars from them. No problems, shipped fast, and good product. Instructions were a little vague though, but you can't beat them for $200 shipped.

i don't know,a backorder i can deal with if they'd just call me back and let me know.order status just keeps saying CC processing,and yes they have charged my card and it has cleared from my bank account.

i call everyday.i've left them at least 6 messages and sent them 5 emails.

the latest update is that i filed a claim with the bbb in california.my next move is to contact the local authorities in their area to file a fraud complaint.

were they the raptors? thats what i ordered but in stainless instead of black.and they must be biased,prob don't like new yorkers

Yeah, I got the black raptors. I ordered in the middle of December, and they came in about 4 days. Do they have a sales line to call?

yeah,they have an 800# and a local # ,been calling both everyday and i still can't get an answer.

used a debit card,yet my bank is still making it difficult for me to get them to do anything.might have to drop them also when this is all over with.
