Air Tight Cap ?

Anyone install a cap on the bed and have it air tight so that AC can go into the back?

Just got an 08 CM Ltd 4x4 and would rather have my boxers in the bed instead of the cab.

Any advice out there?

LEER 100R with boot

The clip-on rubber boot that I spec'd with the shell didn't seal very well and, as with prior rigs, chafed and squeeked. So I did my usual fix with gobs of silicone. The AC is a little weak but the defrost clears the rear pretty well. When it's really hot, I put wet blankets back there and/or get the beasties wet. Anytime they're back there I blow cab air through the slider to manage exhaust fumes and dogstink. We just put-down our boxer (cancer)...the pitbull, the Dane, and the lab/rott still look for him after a month. It's a little quieter around here and there's more room in the bed, but we sure do miss the clown.
