Quick TRD sway bar install question…

Searched all over, and im guessing no, since its never been asked... but do I need to use a lift? Or do I need to jack the truck up in any way?

Thanks in advance!

Mickey,

Did you paint your swaybar? Ours came from the factory painted red. It sure draws questions from passers-by in the parking lot.

Funny, several people ask about it after noticing the red sway bar under our new Tundra, not even commenting on the fact that the whole truck is brand new (with temporary plates).

No, I just meant, do I need to lift the tuck in the air, or jack it up

Put on an old shirt, lay down on your back, slide under truck, and install.

Mickey, I think I am going to be almost completely copying your truck. I know you have the Borla...I think I have decided on that....but I was thinking of having them put a sway bar on at the same time. Is the sway bar worth it in your opinion?

TRD Sway bar installed! Talk about instant satisfaction! On my first high speed turn, memories of my '00 Camaro popped into my head!

Also went ahead and installed my bug guard.

No lift at all. Truck sits high enough to slide underneath.....

Good on cornering and keeping your truck stable during any turn...
I really can't say it worth it or not.... I just wanted one....for stability.

The color you see was original...Here's the painted version...

The red ones are from what I know are TRD...Now you need to paint your brakes red to match...
