Thumbs down

ive said it before...i'll say it again.... as sweet as these things are, i would rather have someone steal my gas than cause damage to my car. what is more worth it to you....... keeping your car damage free, or having the fuel door ripped off, or even worse, having a hole drilled into your gas tank?

thats what i was saying earlier in this thread ! i just don't think it's worth it.

in fact, id rather a guy came up to me and said next time i see your truck im going to empty the gas or drill a hole in your gas tank, unless you give me $$ .. and the thing is, i'd either kick his ass, but might even consider giving him the $$ haha

i guess this won't really happen to me, i park my truck in the garage

The way I look at it is that there are always other vehicles around. Thinking like a loser criminal, I'd move onto an easier target.

Full size trucks are easy pray...

All hold more than 20 gallons, and they are up high to make siphoning gas very easy.

Also easy to hide behind.. unless your truck is as high Dez's truck is haha

Thanks for posting the photo. It's almost as good as seeing it on my DC. It looks good!

Haha, but you should see how much more accessable my tank is than the average Tundra. It is Bad!

That was kinda silly man, I bet if you saw one color matched to your white rig you'de snap it up in a second! Mine is functional and fashionable.

From the photo it looks like the color is a close match to your door handles. Is this correct?

Good call, yea pretty much. It's flat black so I guess it's as close as you can get.

I dont have a problem with the color!

i wouldn't mind the black textured look on my truck at all.

i just dont want them resorting to drilling into my tank .. id rather give them easy access

It's not about what is taken out, it's about what can be PUT IN that you don't necessarily want mixing with your fuel

If you're really paranoid, put the locking cap on, and tape a spare key under your gas tank with a note! haha
