Leveling The 08 Tundra - TundraTalk.net

I just got an 08 tundra white SR5. I am wanting to level it out with a 3" level kit. My question is, how hard is the install. Is this a do it yourself project. If so is there any pointers you would point out before i was to tackle this project.

Also is there a kit that is recommended over other kits. Any help and or advice would be great!!

Dude, do search for leveling kits. All kinds of info for you to read. I had no idea about leveling kits until I read about them on this site.

its easy. just have someone else do it

EASY!!! Just need some tools, jack stands and a jack! Go for it! Nothin like tellin people you did the work yourself. I didn't do the lift on my 07 but I've done lifts on all my other trucks!

Just make sure an alignment shop is near by!

Alignment shminment just do the work and only if you hear what sounds like skidding tires then take it to an alignment shop! Ha!
