Need some answers....

Does anyone know if its possible to install the fog lights if my tundra did not come with them. It just came with the plastic caps. Oh and is it possible to change the rear window to the powersliding up/down window. As you can tell my version of the Tundra did not come with all the goods so I'm wanting to install it.....thanks guys!!!

I've seen fog light kits at TRD Toyota/Scion Parts Accessories from Sparks Toyota/Scion. As far as the back window I'm not sure.

BLING LIGHTS

Think they're like $50 on ebay.

Good question! Just behind those black blanks in your bumper there is a wire harness spacificaly for adding fog/driving lights. The relay is inside the fuse box under the hood, and the wire harness is set up in the vehicle waiting for the switch. This all would be best suited for the Toyota equipment or specified replacment equipment. Do your homework! The DC does not come equiped with the electric back window but I'm sure someone has or is workng on one right now!

You need the fog lights, buckets for your bumper (metal or plastic), the relay and decide on how you want to switch it. The cleanest way is to use the factory switch, the least expensive way is to wire a switch to the dash.
1. Drop the splace shield behind the bumper and remove the filler bucket,
2. install the fog lamp bucket and fog lamp
3. plug in the fog lamp after uncoiling the wire
4. install relay in the under hood fuse box
5. Install the new headlamp switch

The relay is inside the fuse box under the hood. The truck is pre wired for just about everything!

The design of the rear cab of the truck makes it impossible to make the rear window go up and down. It was thought of when they designed it but if they did so then bed space would have been lost.

I had to explain that over and over again when we introduced the new style of the Tundra when it came out.
