Nah...don't try to pull apart tail lights... usually the actual plastic is actually colored anyways, so there wont be much benefit... If you're goin to spray do it right, sand, spray with tint spray, clear coat, wetsand, polish...

cant pull apart the tail lights for the tundras anyway .. theyre not like the headlights .. so forget all of this

They are selling some OEM taillights on eBay taken off a 07' So I think the tail lights can be removed, though i'm not positive but they had to be removed some how, and they have to be installable for the guy to be selling them.

the tail lights can be removed, they cant be taken apart like the headlights .. like lens seperated from the rest of the light
