Upper billet grille (shell piece)

Anyone know where to get these things for the upper part to go over that black piece? All i can find is carriage works and they want like 120 bux for the little piece...any ideas?

Check Ebay bro. Lots of people don't trust ebay but quite honestly I've done a couple hundred transactions on ebay and got 1 bad deal. Even then I got my money back. I've saved tons of money on name brand goods.

You talking about that small piece that's on the hood or the main grill? I don't think I've seen one for that small piece. What were you looking for, just a chrome plastic replacement?

i think he's referring to the little piece that is held on by 3M tape over the little black thing.

i think you get this piece when you buy a "5 piece" billet grill

not sure where to buy it seperate

check crutchfield.com.. Its car audio but look at the acessories for our trucks and they have one for about 100..

the whole kit cost me 3 bills since they did my lift.....if your just looking for the top piece you might be able to order it separate...

Tundracats, I bought a 5-piece set on Ebay and it's exactly like yours(overlay, no cutting) except for that upper-most piece. Mine is just a piece exactly like the factory black one, only chrome and it's held on with 3m tape which is why I haven't put it on. I'm affraid it wont stand up to the 120+ degree weather we get out here. I like the piece yours has, it matches the rest of the grill.

Tundracat do u know if that just goes on over the black piece? And how is it attached? Does it stick out away from the shell or does it stay flush?

i had to drill a small holes (3) size 3/16 drill bit to put the black clip on no 3m tape on this one and its on pretty good
