Don't fear the body lift Kid, I had one on my 2000 tundra 4x4 and hammered that thing every weekend and had zero problems. I installed it myself so I know what was to be extended and that did not include any wire harnesses or cables. The kits come with extensions for anything that needs extending. I've heard horror stories about body lifts that weren't torqued down right and the truck drove bad and rattled apart. Well that goes with anything done to a truck that wasn't installed correctly. Your truck is a 2001, its light and a body lift will be fine. Here's my 2000 with a body on top of a 6" RCD lift.
