Thanks bro. Funny, when I ordered the bars, my sales guy asked me if I wanted them to install them for fifty bucks. I just looked at him with that "r u shitting me" grin. And he knows I turned a wrench while I was in the core and I do alot of track days on my gxsr.
Anyway, I will post when I get them on......JB
So, with a truck lifted that high (sweet), I guess we are all your little brothers

Ps I ordered the gloss black so it will blend with the paint

I would if I was only a little taller. Maybe the next one.

Hey, my wife has a hard enough time getting in and out. Sure will be happy too get the steps on. For now, we use her ML when we go somewhere together.

Oh bro, the steps made a huge difference even with a 12" lift! My girlfriend wouldn't go near my truck until I got the steps. Hey Just out of curiosity how high does your rig measure from level ground to the drivers side door handle?

With your lift and 37's I am guessing about seven inches. I am at home, let me go out and mearure it, right back.........

OK, 54 1/4 inches to the bottom edge of the drivers door handle. My wife thinks I am loco. What is yours? Tell me how close I am. You must be long legged bro, even with the n-fabs its got to be a stretch.

I wish I would have though to measure it when the truck was stock. Does anyone have a stock 4x4 trd package with 18's? How high is off the ground is your drivers side door handle???

Amp Research makes that auto step that drops down when you open your door and the guys that did my lift offered to custom extend the drop down arms to allow the steps to come down 12"! My rig was in fabrication for 54 days and they wanted it for 3 more days to install the steps and they wanted 2800 smackers. I said forget it, I'll take my truck now and come back for that later. I actually like what I have now, N-Fab. Hey lots of people are putting a 3" body lift on top of the 6" ProComp. Check it out!

Yea, for 2800 I would take a pass. Your truck looks awesome the way it is

I had the amp auto steps with a chrome sport bar that mounted right up too the side of the truck on my f-250. That looks really cool. I wanted too set the tundra up the same way but there is no way to mount the steps and the bar together(no room). I think I am going to like the n-fabs. They should be here any day now. I will take some pic's soon as I get them on. Later bro......JB
