My truxedo seems to keep most of the water out. I don't drive my truck much though, so not sure how well it will work in bad weather while driving. It is definitely not waterproof though. For the price I think it is a great piece, plus the warranty is great to have!

Just put on a Truxedo Lo Pro. Piece-o-cake. Gets some water in but will readjust cover when (if) warm weather gets here. Would like to see photos instead of drawings in the instructions. Got it from an ebay dealer for $330 includes shipping. Came from Mich to NH in 3 days. Just went thru first tank of gas with it and seems to have increased milage by 1 mile per gallon.

anyone have any recommendations in SoCal where I can get a good deal on the A.R.E. LSII Tonneau cover for my CrewMax 5.5 short bed. So far I've priced them at $1000 to $1100. I am hopeful I can find one of these for much but I am also losing hope. Any recommendations are appreciated.
