Performance chips?

Has anybody ever tried any of those performance or better fuel economy chips? My boss has always had them put in his Chevy when he buys them, but he gets them from the dealer at an outragous cost. I am wondering if anyone has ever tried any from Ebay or any online type dealers?

Dont do it, just be patient and soon we can probably get a wideband tune and be set, im sure someone like hptuners will come out with something because the demand is now there.

Toyotas and tuners usually don't go together. It is hard to find a legit tuner for Toyotas and I will be surprised if we ever get a tuner (one that works) or chip (that works) for these trucks.

dyno tuning is great, but like you said, legit, lets just be patient and see what happens.

Unichip (Automotive Performance ECU Tuning Chip, Programmable OBD Chips) offers a plugin for '01-'06 tundras. dont know how well they work, though.
