Parts to improve Gas Mileage and Power?

Hello guys,
I'm Aaron this is my first post on here...
On friday I finally got a 2004 Toyota Tundra!
It's great so far! I love it! My friend was telling me about some parts I can put on there to improve MPG and Power... The only thing I can think of is a Intake and exaust. Any ideas/tips? thanks a bunch! It is great to be here.

unichip Automotive Performance ECU Tuning Chip, Programmable OBD Chips makes a plugin for the '01-'06 tundra. dont know how well it works, though.

You might also consider upgrading your spark plugs. Bosch has some platinum +2, dont know how well they work. There are spark plugs from
e3sparkplugs.com that are supposed to put out a better spark, but I have heard mixed reviews about them.
