I can see the difference between the two.
Those ebay ones look to install just like the OEM flares, they come all the way down to the bumper.
The real bushwackers stop at the top of the plastic part above the bumper, which will allow you to install an aftermarket bumper. Not that it would be an issue, if you have no plans of ever installing an aftermarket bumper, but with these flares, you wouldn't be able to, without cutting on the flares, and ruining them, or just taking them off and selling them.
To be honest, I'd almost rather have those ebay ones than my bushwankers. When i removed the OEM flares, they left marks where they rubbed on the paint, which is now exposed
More shit to fix FML...or else, more incentive to get an aftermarket badass bumper
