Stake pocket covers?

Hi, I just bought an extang solid fold tonneau cover, so I needed to remove the tie downs of the stake pockets to install it. Now I need stake pocket covers.

I found some truxedo stake pocket covers, but only for Chevy, Ford, GMC, and Dodge trucks.

Does anyone knows where can i get them for my 2007 DC.
