Before and after - Smoked Spyders on my 2016 MGM 1794

Swapped out my head and tail lights today. Been toying with a retrofit but figured I would start off with some plug n plays. I'm pretty happy with it. What do you all think?

I have a retrofit in mind (XSB Demon eyes over mini D2S' with a G37-R shrouds). I haven't quite convinced myself Im up to the task... Otherwise was planning on holding onto them incase I ever sell the truck and they aren't into the mods Ive put together.

Chrome looks nice with the 1794.

How did you wire the DRL? I haven't seen a plat/1974 on spyders. Is the C shaped led the drl?

Yes. The U Bar, along with the projector.

Correction. There is an option to just run the U Bar. If I just set the lights to auto, both the u bar and the projectors illuminate. If I turn to the parking light position, only the U Bars illuminate.

I am liking them. They were easy to install. Having not done much work on cars, this was a good little project for me.

Yes, but I never used it anyway - so no big loss there.

Don't you love how you have to disassemble the whole front end to swap them?

I swear I've taken my whole front end off 5 times now. And I'm not done.

CoachBuilder Shims
CoachBuilder carrier bearing drop kit
TRD Pro Grill with 30" Light Bar behind it

Do you run the projector and the U Bar during the day, or just the U Bar?
