Just got my new Tundra from the dealer on Monday and it had hand/finger prints all over the dash. I used the Armorall Cleaning wipes (NOT Armorall protectant) and they work great. They take a minute or two to dry but clean up everything real nice without leaving any residue for dust and dirt to cling to.

I'll never use Armorall again....in the long with Armorall, you have to constantly apply it or else your interior ends up looked dried up and dull, and will probably start to crack.

Ever heard of Vinylex by Lexol...that stuff is the best for vinyl, plastic, or rubber. Lexol also makes Leather conditioner. Their stuff is pretty pricey, but well worth every penny. I only apply it like once every month on my civic's interior and its a '99 model, and the interior still looks nice and shiny.

I used the Adam's interior cleaner. Works very well and doesn't have a strong scent. Plus they're a sponsor of this forum...

Check out Griots Garage for car care products. Specifically wax, polish, and vinyl treatment. For leather there is nothing better than Leatherique. It actually keeps the leather supple, new, and hydrated. Most other leather products seal the pores and actually cause it to dry even more. Not affiliated with the company just the best leather products I have ever used.

NEVER, EVER, I MEAN EVER SPRAY ANYTHING IN YOUR TRUCK, if its in a spray bottle spray it on a cloth OUTSIDE of your truck. IT will eventually make your roof interior sag

I use a swifter to get the dust off all the dash steering wheel etc. The swifter works great on the dust, and pollen. If I have a smudge I use the cleaning wipes also use Meguiars Leather wipes for the door handles along with the seats.

06DC QUOTE

I must be doing something wrong as I just tried the Meguiars' Quick Detailer tissues and they left streaks on my dash vinyl and a film on my Navi. WTH?

I even went back over the dash after it dried out and it still left streaks. my dash is black BTW.

Absolutely. I used to detail cars for a living and it's the only product I'll use on my interior.
