Heated Seat Mod?

Though I can't find it, I thought I had once read a posting in here about bypassing the heated seat pressure switch (for lack of a better descriptor). I would like to be able to have my heated seat actually heated without having to sit on it first in my Gen 3. Anyone have info on how to do this?

Gen 3 Tundra is more like gen 2.5 Tundra 2014 up. Gen 2.5 is based on the Gen 2.

Friend of mine has a Lexus RX the seats warm up with the auto start. Seems odd that the Tundra has a switch for the heater, I know it has one for the airbags.

I thought I was just crazy when I start my truck and 7 min later the seats don't feel warm, yet after 7 min of driving they are.

Do the ones with auto temp heat up when using remote start?
I would think that if they need a butt in them then they are tied to the airbag seat pressure switch.
You could always put a heavy bag on the seat when you get out.
You'll need about 20 lbs
