Thumbs up Wow!!! Weathertech/Macneal Automotive

Well a number of weeks ago I read a post on Tundra Talk about Weathertech addressing the issue of lack of mat coverage around the gas pedal area. So I emailed em and asked if they had come up with a solution for this problem stating where I had got my weathertechs etc etc, this was bout 6 weeks ago, was home at lunch and Fed X guy shows up with this box(I haven't ordered anythng?) Wow they sent me a new drivers side floor pan with the questioned area fixed FREE of charge, I never asked them to do this just was inquiring about it Thats damn good customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!! In this day and age of scams etc thats pretty good trust!! Thanks Weatherteh/McNeal automotive for the great "above the rest" type of service!!!!!!!!!

Just received mine this week. New version. They are really great mats. Hopefully the lite grey will hold up and not get that dungy look that my Walmart mats got real quick.

I didn't know there was a "newer version" until now. I got mine like 10 wks or so ago and I've been wondering about all the kevetching concerning the gas pedal area. Mine always seemed fine. That's because I got the newer version, too.

Sorry I don't care for weathertech. I used the dealer's all weather mats. Easily washable and is durable. Fits right on top the carpet mats and slide's in on both hooks on front mats.

Not sure I can agree with you Mickey. Weathertech mats are pretty nice and they keep your truck clean. I had a pair in my old toyota and when I sold it 15 years later the guy who bought it was impressed that the interior still was so clean. I also had wet okole seat covers that keep the seats like new.

my problem area is the left foot rest, the carpeting on the side picks up everything, had the truck 2 months and its distgusting, the weathertech looks like it only covers half?

I always get the darkest interior because hardly anything shows. I have the factory all weather mats now but hopefully soon I'll be getting the weathertechs.
