Storage

My dodge had under seat storage (in the back) and it was really handy. I noticed you can purchase this for around $125.00 for the Tundra. Has anyone bought this? Was wondering if it will even fit on my model. I noticed when I lift the rear seat, on the drivers side, there is not much room. Looks like a big box back there already, I assume for the Amp and stuff for my JBL system.

If your truck is a double cab that is the $125 box you were talking about. Some trucks come with it and some don't. Mine did but I threw it away to make room for (3) 12" subwoofers.

Yea, I just read on another forum that it can't be used on a truck with the JBL system cause all the stereo stuff is in the way. Oh well.

Can be cut to fit.

On one of the Tundra boards.
A memeber cut the under seat storage box to work with the Sub.
I had mine put in before I left the daeler.
I had to have it.

Mine arrived yesterday. I'll install it this weekend and see how well it works.

Great! You don't by chance have Weathertech mats do you? Just want to make sure the box will fit with those mats.

Yes, I do have the Weathertech mats and it looks like they'll need to be trimmed quite a bit. Not exactly sure how much yet.

I just installed the underseat storage tray on my 08 DC and I didn't have to trim the Weathertech mats.

Just to be clear, you're talking about the Du-Ha gun case/tray? I know the Toyota underseat tray will fit with the Weathertech mats, but it looks like the Du-Ha will require some trimming...unless my Mk1 eyeball is out of calibration.

It says on Du-Ha's website in their FAQs that the underseat storage will work with the WeatherTech mats. If the thing doesn't, I'd send it back.

A. Yes. The DU-HA will fit perfectly even with the WeatherTech or Husky Liners floor liners/floor mats installed.

Just wanted to post an update and confirm that the WeatherTech liners did NOT need to be trimmed as I first thought. The Du-Ha box fit perfectly with no issues.

Guess I need to get these eyeballs re-calibrated after all!

Glad to hear that it worked out.

It looks like the mats can't be removed with the storage installed, is that accurate?
