Weathertech floorliner

Just curious where you guys have been buying your Weathertech floorliners? Where's the cheapest place you've bought or seen so far? Are there any online coupons? Or have most of you guys been buying directly from Weathertech?

Also, I read someone bought some mats from the dealership with the Tundra writing on them. Think he was referring to the mats and not the "floorliner"? Only ones I've seen are mats. Would be nice if they made the floorliner that said Tundra on it.

Many thanks in advance, from a brand new Tundra owner!

I would love to offer a sweet deal on them, but I cannot, I believe your best bet on price and availability is direct through Weathertech.com.

THese are most definately the best floorliners out there, I've had mine since June 2007 and use them hard, they clean up great every weekend and my carpet is as clean as when I bought the truck.

I searched the web and came up with a black set thru Amazon.com. Got them for $30 less than everywhere else, not much, but it's something. Can't recall the vendor, but I just checked and that deal has disappeared anyway.

My advice, look around.

Thanks, I've usually had pretty good luck googling using "cheapest" before whatever I want to buy. However, in my findings, the Weathertech mats were the cheapest through the Weathertech site. Thanks for your assistance!

I didn't know they sold direct, but I just checked their site. Luckily, I got the same price, which was about $180 with shipping. Strange that they would undercut their distributors.

Anyone have any pics of these black and installed in a Tundra so I can see how they fit? I was told they are a little short under the pedals, thanks

They are a little short under the pedals. A $1.50 Wally World super thin small square vinyl floor mat fits behind and contours without interfereing with the Weathertech. Takes care of the big gap to the left of brake and goes across to gas. Does not go behind gas pedal and I wouldn't want it to unless it was notched to fit which I may do. Any thin vinyl carpet runner matterial could be cut to fit perfectly.

The Weathertechs are by far the best floor liner. I have had them in my 07 CM since June and they are great. Yes, they are notched/cut out around the accelerator where a lot of people would like extra protection. I suspect they did not want any responsibility for any accelerators that may get stuck. I used some left over clear plastic that is placed on top of carpet during open houses. I just cut a square piece and stuck it to the carpet around the accelerator area and then placed the floor liner in. Works perfectly. Carpet looks as good as the day I got it. They come out and wash up easily. A quick coat of 303 protectant and they look brand new.

Dealerships have a similar rubber mat like weather tech. They call them weather mats or all weather mats. I have pic of these in my photo gallery. These were designed to fit so it shouldn't be a problem.

I believe the ones you're referring to are all weather mats and not the full mold "bucket" style drop in liners most people are getting. Weathertech makes both kinds. As to price, I get a $20 dollar off $150 coupon every once in a while from Cabelas. Turns out the Cabelas Trailgear II liners ARE Weathertech full mold liners. They get shipped in the Weathertech box direct from the manufacturer. Only difference is they put the Cabelas logo in on the corner of the liner. So if you have Cabelas coupons, rewards or gift certs. you can save some bucks. I ended up with full fronts and backs for my 08 DC for an out of pocket of $80 after combining my discounts!

You're right because the one's I got fit right over or replace the carpet ones they give you.

Love my new mats, just one problem ...

Not sure how I am going to fix this yet but the other day, my wife almost fell on her butt getting out of the truck. Seems the passenger front mat will easily slip/slide out of the truck if you push on the back part with your foot as you are exiting the vehicle. Unfortunately, there are not little hold-downs on the passenger side of the Toyota, just the drivers side. This could be a real hazard, or maybe just a stroke of bad luck. Will have to see if it happens again.

I bought my mats at Daytona Toyota and they came with both sets for driver and passenger side plastic hooks. Off Ebay I got the same mats from another dealership for my wife's Prius and they came with both set of hooks. Not to mention when I bought the truck the original carpet ones had the hooks also. You need to get you some hooks at the parts dept.

Hmm ok thanks, I will see if I can get some of these hooks. I ordered my online and they came in a box, front and back, but no hooks. This sounds like it would help for sure.
