mirror control question

Well first off hellow to everyone. Just looking at the post numbers this is a new sight, and I would like to introduce myself. My name is Bob and I have an 07 4x4 limited black and that is about it. My question is, does your mirror controls light up at night like the other dash controls? mine do not and I fine it hard to find the right button at night. It is very hard to find the power fold button when going into the garage. Do I have defect or is this the same as others?
Thanks,
Bob

I just went out and looked at mine and it doesn't light up either. I think that and the door locks and windows should be lighted as well.

Nope, I was checking out BMAN's 07 trd tundra tonight and it was the same way. Bet that will be a feature they add next year. It is hard to see at night.

as soon as you push the buttun it folds in you just have to leave the truck on till it folds all the way in after you shut it off it stops moving

Mines don't light up but like I said on another thread I use mine all the time so I know where they are without looking. Standard on Limited models. I just looked up my invoice that was removed from the truck when I bought it. Sorry people I keep everything I do or get on every vehicle including maintenance records and I back them up on a disc. Never leave anything on a computer.

BTW I have 15,000 miles on it and today they ordered me a new passenger mirror because it would close when it wanted too. My first problem. Not bad at all. You know the more gizmo's you have the more can go wrong.
