well, welcome back duche bag. Sorry I sold my 2007 F350 that started leaking oil @ 9K miles. Love my new Tundra too.

So if Toyota sux so bad, maybe we can get the Feds to bail us out too???

Or is that just reserved for the big three that actually do suck????

towing and hauling
the towing test was a trailer swerve test not weight wise. tundra can out TOW any of those trucks.
Hauling was about how well it handles the weight, ford was literaly about 2 in off the ground if thats amazing to you than your dumb but those towing test were ridiculous
and i actually use my truck as a truck i haul a bobcat which is easily about 7000 lbs and i have the smaller engine and it can certainly handle that

lets see a pic of your truck???
and what REAL work do you do?

Maybe I am wrong here, but have owned fords and chevys The tundra is a great truck, while a few things might be missing, I am happy with the way it looks, and while a bit rough ride, does not seem any worse than other makes.

Towing is much better in the Tundra than the GM trucks, Doesn't seem to have to work as hard as the GMC i currently own. My tundra turns heads where ever i go. The gmc just turns gas pumps on. LOL

Ford.. never had a good one.. trouble with the damn things.. Unless you talk about the LN600 I used to have.

This is just plain dumb.. coming in here to bash our trucks when you are evidently a ford saleman...

My Brother is an engineer and runs a plant that supplies both Ford and GM with parts. He can get the discounts on either.

After he drove my Tundra he really really wanted one when he was looking to replace his Z71.

In the end, he bought another Z71 but admitted that it was only because he said his employees would most likely key his truck if he had bought a Tundra.

This is the same type of mentality this douch bag has. He thinks he can come and bully us or shame us for buying a better truck.

It is funny that ALL the big three compare thier truck to the Tundra. Ford even rigged a test and put it on your tube. All this effort because they are scared.

SAD, very Sad

well, all I can say is I'm glad I own Toyota. This guy got beat up a lot growing up, He was one of those kids that use to get his underwear pulled up over the back of his head.Poor Kid, Pay no attention to this poor boy, His ass is probably still sore from that wedgy he got from the neihborhood bullies down the street last night and he needed to blow off some steam. He'll convert some day.

Yeah, this is all crazy talk. And statistically, it's not "the Big Three" any more. According to Macleans magazine - Canadian publication - in the 1960's the big 3 controlled almost 95% of the market. 1980- down to 80%. Mid 90's - market share of 44% - the asian car makers - 48%. Also, this past summer 2008, Honda Civic overtook the Ford F-Series pickup as the best selling vehicle in North America. Writing is on the wall.
This "Tundrasux" guy is obviously insecure with his choice of truck. I guess if I owned an F-150, I'd feel bad too.

Tundrasux is a textbook example of an "internet tough guy". He makes non-verifiable, opinion based "factoids" that he accepts as fact while never presenting any credibility to the issue being discussed. This is the problem with the internet. Anyone can post in anonymity, with little or non-existent accountability for what they disseminate. Lashing out at the group he desperately wants to be a part of. He is the angry little boy everyone pushes out of their way.

Pick up a copy of The Toyota Way for some insight to some Toyota management principles. Coming from a Toyota owned company, this is becomming a very strong part of my work and home llife. You can tell that it's very difficult for lazy people to buy into this methodology (they still want more wages for less work) but for those who do accept it; there will only be better days ahead, and you can bet ur sweet ass it wont include UAW, or any SUCKER FISH union. IMO, thats probably the single best thing Toyota has going for them. They don't have the black hole sucking them dry and then wondering where all their profits have gone and why the workforce is SO LAZY and unmotivated.

That one dude needs to go bury his Ford. It'll be a collectors item in a year or so, when all of the big 3 go under. Unfortunately for us, our Toyotas will be worth less because they will start to oversaturate the market (but I can hardly complain about having higher market share ).
