not worried that the black paint may come off inside the headlight? I haven't had much luck with that Krlon plastic paint. or maybe i'm not a good painter?!
You know one of the reasons the Scions would do it besides the idle was the shocking you would get douring the winter. I think mine shocked me more after!

No I used a piece of scotch bright to scuff up the surface. I've had it done for a while now and still looks great

With gas prices the way they are, people will try and take advantage of you any way they can bro. There arent many things that you can do to inrease your MPG's except drive slow and keep the RPM's down. A super charger would help if you want an extra 1-3 MPG's for around $6500 installed.
I have seen pics of black trucks with it done and it looks freakin SWEET!!!

Actually, It made a very slight difference. On my first 2 vehicles I did it too it made a BIG difference. The Tun dra's grounding system is better than the other 2 I did it to.
