Yeah I can believe it. In today’s world anything is possible. What kills me is some lawyer would actually try and save someone like this, and even worse, somewhere, a judge would actually let it ride.

Shoot him in the back of the head! Wouldn't matter how fat he was, esp if we used a 45 LC or a 50 cal!!! If it can kill a Grizzly bear it will do for this dirtbag!

i saw this yesterday

""All of the experts agree if the first drug doesn't work, the execution is going to be excruciating," Cooey's public defender, Kelly Culshaw Schneider, said Monday."

all i can say is who the FCK cares if its excruciating?

He raped and murdered 2 girls.

he deserves to feel some pain.

He's right, giving him that first shot could be tricky...we shouldn't even attempt it, just give him the death shots! Bring the PAIN!!!!

Throw him in gen pop with everyone else and put a hit out on him through one of the prison gangs. Tell em if there are signs of sexual assault they will get paid double!

It's too bad that this man isn't able to face up to what he did. A few months of rationed food would correct his weight issue.
