Quick question about my Tundra
I just bought a 2006 Tundra last night, and have one small question. What is the Shift L button that is on the dash beneath the radio? My truck did not have the owner's manual with it, so I have no way to tell. Any help would be great.

I just got rid of my 05 but it had the same feature. The salesman atthe dealer when I bought it told me it was for some sort of leveling sensor that you were to turn off when doing any off road. He was confused ! It actually just keeps the transmission in the basement gear...real low. When sitting still just engage the mode by pressing and holding it and wahlah...you can rev the piss out of your truck without going anywhere. I hope I am right on this as I never even fooled with it more than twice as it was just another of those bells that I never even used or saw a real need for. Maybe it's for going down an extreme decline, I don't know. Have agood one.
