Spray-in bed liners
What's the scoop, the good the bad etc....
My first 24 hours with my new truck have been great, but after a full day of work and hauling stuff I've realized the desire for a bed liner. The tiny scuffs are making me sad. ![]() |

there's a thread somewhere debating whether LineX or Rhino was better. I think LineX won.

I had a spray-in liner in my '97 gmc, and it lasted great! It did start to deteriorate a couple of years ago, but that's after about 9 years of life. Sure beats how the box would've looked with out it after all that time, would have had the poop scratched out of it.
I had the dealer I bought the Tundra from add in a spray in liner before I picked it up. I think they are definately the way to go.

I have the Rhino spray-in (was already in the bed when I bought the truck used) and it works great! My little dogs (an 80 lb and 70 lb) have been riding back there without any problems.

I've had Rhino on my 01 Silverado 1/2 ton and my 01 Sierra 3/4 ton and it worked great! I like how the material is slightly softer so things dont slide around giving it sort of a grip. I have to say, it does fade BADLY after about a year. In fact Rhino sells a pigment that can be applied to bring out the original luster. I have 2 bottles of the stuff in black if anyone wants em.
Linex I've heard does not fade but does not grip as well either. I WILL be going Linex this time in my Tundra.

Wolf Liners beat both Line-x & Rhino both hands down. They are a little harder to find, but they look 10 times better than both, I had a
wolf liner in my previous Dodge truck, and it still looked great when I sold the truck a few weeks ago. Even after 6 years of hard use, Line-x & Rhino both look like the were applied with a hot mop compared to the wolf. The Wolf liner has a much better texture on it. JMHO ![]()
