Just noticed a few things wrong with my truck. Help?

Yesterday I installed an undercover tonneau cover and am very pleased with it. However when I was looking at my truck this morning I noticed a few scratches right under the bed rail. They must have happened when I installed the cover. Its ok though because when the cover is closed you cant see them. I thought that was bad until I noticed few other things:
1. The A-pillar cover is popping off right at the top(I hope you know what I mean). Its the trianguale piece of plastic which the mirror attatches to on the A-pillar. Its coming off on both sides and is coming off of the door by about 1/4''. I guess I could use some kind of epoxy or double sided tape to hold it on.
2. The rubber door seal on the inside of the drivers side door is coming off. You can see were the glue has come loose almost like it was heated and the the glue and rubber sort of melted. I'm going to try to use some CA glue to hold that back on.
3. Underneath the rear brake light is a rectangular piece of what I guess is plastic. Its right a above the sliding rear window on my DC. The upper left corner is popping out. I dont know how Im going to takcle this one because there is no room to get underneath to get any sort of adheasive.

I know that none of these things are really that big of a deal but is seems like I noticed them all at once. I went to sleep last night with a perfect truck ond woke up with a to do list of fixes. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I could fix any or all of these problems. I'm going to go to the toyota dealer today and see what they have to say.
Thanks,
Mike

yes pictures would be very helpful, but from what you explained, everything sounds like warranty will take care of it.

I would touch any of that with a 10' pole. Let the Dealer fulfill their obligation, that's warranty work.

Thanks guys,
I went to the dealer last night after they were closed and looked at about 10 08 tundras. They are all the same as my truck. The plastic a-pillar piece is coming off slightly at the top just like mine. And it looks like the rectangular piece below the brake light all have a little play in it too. Before I left I pust some CA glue on the door seal and fixed that. I can live with these things now that I know all other trucks are like this. I might stop by the dealer again though just to see what they say they could for it.

The triangular piece your refering to is actually part of the mirror. There will be some play there but not a quarter inch. I'm thinking around an eighth at best. If the mirrors are tight, I suspect there is not much they can do about the play. I would definitely take it to the dealer to get their opinion. You pay big bucks, make sure its right!

i've checked these items stated, and it seems I don't have those issues. I've got the tow package, not sure if there is a difference, not sure if you've got the regular mirrors, or tow mirrors?? I've checked all door gaskets, and the cab's rear brake light. The only issue i've got is when using pressurized water, it seeps in a bit through the window. I'll recheck again since its been 118 the last few days.

pull off the door panel .. there are 3 screws holding on the mirrors .. get a ratchet and socket, make sure they are tight .. only reason i could see any play is if the top one got a little loose
