well ramoine and i was trying to get some of u guys postin pix.... and by the way that pix was a 20lb trash can turkey the first one that my husband and myself have ever experienced...

no we got to last yrs 4th of july party @ a friends just in time to c it done.... find a small chopped up log insert it into the ground (has to fit in turkey cavity) cover w/ aluminum foil place turkey on log cover with that old style trash can put charcole on top of can and around base cook for about an hr or so ( the can ofcourse is used upside down so in order to lift can weld on some exhaust clamps to insert another log threw to lift can on and off during cooking if u look closely @ photo u will c a added on metal shelf to hold charcole and c the clamps
