Is that all city driving? How many miles do you have on your truck? The MPG should go up after about 700 miles. Have you done any mods, and if so, did you disconnect your battery for a least 5 minutes to re-set your system? If not, try that and then drive easy for the next 200 miles and see what happens.

13.7 is awfully low. If I baby it I'm getting 18.5 to 19.7 MPG with about 20% city, 80% freeway driving, and I'm always bucking strong headwinds on the freeway.

I've posted this on multiple "mpg" threads already but I get 15 mpg on every tank. I'm doing a little experiment right now on this tank. When I'm driving in the city I put the trans selector on 5 and when I get over 50 mph I bump it up to 6th. The trans doesn't shift as much and it runs smoother because of it. We'll see how this effects the mileage.

Same for me. I have an 08 5.7 CM - mixed city highway I always get right around 15. The salesman said that it would get a bit more with premium, but I haven't really noticed any difference.

I would say that the estimates on the window sticker were dead on.

I get 12-12.5 city. Thats when my computer reads average speed of 19 or so.

I just took a trip from Sacramento to the bay and I averaged about 18 mpg. That was driving 95% highway and the rest city.

My MPG's blow compared to eveyone else on this board.

08 tundra, reg cab, short bed, V6. get between 20.45 to 18 mpg hwy (75 vs 85 mph) and around 17-18 city. I drive around 500 miles a week for work so I went with the V6 and have no regrets. Won't smoke the tires but moves out good enough and cruises at any speed I want. 7000 miles on the odo.

What's the economy at lower highway speeds (55-60)? Great numbers!
