Brushed Stainless-Steel Step Boards

I want to install these on my '08 DC Limited. How hard is it to do yourself?
My dealer quoted me $589 plus installation for these. Is there a good place to buy these aftermarket?

There have been complaints about the brushed style surface rusting you may want to to a search to see the other posts.

I bought mine back in late Feb. They look f-in sweet but they accumulate surface rust real quick. It's comes off when you wash them. I sprayed some protectant on them a few weeks back and they seem to be ok.

They're just steps.....i don't really care if they rust a lot. Super easy to install as well.

I have trail FX SS on mine. It took about 30 minutes a side to align every thing up. Also had to buy 2 more bolts from the parts dept. 6 bolts on 3 hangars to hold it up. This bolts right up to the frame. In a skill level from 1 - 10 and 10 being the hardest I ranked it a 4 on Trail Fx SS.

Take it bro!......it's probably cheap because of the rust issues. I would go for it anyway. It's a good price.

I really like the way xsp style steps look on my truck and I love the wide steps. The only problem I have is the bottom is open and really accumulates mud off road but hey no rust issues at all. If I had it to over again I would have copied deznutjob and got the nfabs they look awesome. The xsp steps sit hug the body close enough that I can lay frame going over a hill and not scrape or bend the steps It really saved my $420 purchase more than once.
