Toyoguard???

Just curious to those that have the Toyoguard package/seal on your Tundra or any other Toyota Vehicle. Is Toyoguard worth it in your opinion? And if you know any aftermarket sealants that are just as good and of comparable or better price/quality I'd like to hear about it.

I have it on mine only because it was installed on the truck when my dealer found it. I think it is a waste of money for what you get. The only consolation is that I do get a longer warranty on the paint.

That's a HUGE consolation considering how thin and brittle the paint is. What does the waranty cover? Scratches and swirl marks or just major defects?

It's not just the sealant for the paint in toyoguard. Your alarm and undercoat. This is all done before you even have a say in the matter. You either take it or look for another. I prefer the insurance myself. Syber I'm sure it's for major peeling of paint not scratches.

What are you referring to when you say "Your alarm"? Haven't read anything about an alarm and Toyoguard. Thanks

On my sticker from the window one page was strickly from Southeastern Toyota which put in Toyoguard and it had a 3 digit code for each category. I had 3 3digit codes, one was for the paint sealant and undercoat another was for my alarm system. I can only tell you what it has. I willpost it as soon as I get home tonight for you. I'm currently at work. I posted this before on another thread too.

I use Toyoguard before and it makes the truck shine like new it takes some work rubbing it into the body but it is worth it.
